- Check our deadlines. For fall semester, submit all materials by April 15. For spring semester, the deadline is Oct. 15.
- Submit the application. You may apply online or download the paper version.
- Submit the $45 application fee. Pleas

- Submit official transcript(s) from all high schools and colleges attended. (Download the transcript request form here.) You must be academically eligible to return to the last institution attended, and have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA on past academic work.

Apply for Graduate Coursework - Check our deadlines. For fall semester, submit all materials by May 1. For spring semester, the deadline is Nov. 1. For summer, the deadline is April 15.

Apply as a Teacher If you’re a Virginia teacher, you may enroll in a graduate course for re-licensure or continued professional development with graduate non-degree status. With this status, you’ll be able to take any graduate (500- or 600-level) course at the University, as long as you’ve met the prerequisites and earned an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. - Check our deadlines. For fall semester, submit all materials by May 1. For spring semester, the deadline is Nov. 1. For summer, the deadline is April 15.
