Who Studies at CNU?
Students come to Christopher Newport University from every region in Virginia, 32 other states, and several foreign nations. They come to CNU for a variety of reasons—from our outstanding Honors Program to our unique President’s Leadership Program—and their interests range from arts to athletics, sciences to the humanities.
But underlying it all, CNU students share some important characteristics—intellectual curiosity, a commitment to honesty and integrity, and a respect for the people around them.
